About the role

Technical Lead at Koch. In this role, you will provide technical leadership across cloud platform modernisation, solution architecture, engineering excellence and AI-enabled innovation.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with Product, Architecture and Engineering stakeholders to deliver scalable
  • Lead architecture and technical design discussions for Horizon HQ initiatives
  • Drive cloud-native modernization, operational excellence, and engineering best practices
  • Establish standards for development, CI/CD, observability, security, and platform reliability
  • Partner with Product Owners, Architects, and business stakeholders to align technology investments with business outcomes
