About the role
We are looking for an SBC Engineer responsible for the troubleshooting SBC issues at L3 level. This is an operations role and resource is expected to resolve complex troubleshooting issues related to Nokia SBC in Live Networks. What you'll do
- Very good SBC troubleshooting knowledge
- Execute software upgrades, patching, health checks, and system optimization
- Perform backup, restore, and redundancy configurations (HA and Geo-redundancy)
- Prepare MOPs for different change requests in live environments
- And implementation artifacts for deployments and upgrades
What you need
- 5–8 yrs of experience
- Telecom
- Kubernetes
- Root cause analysis

- Any graduate
