Technical Lead - Product Safety Design | Capital Equipment

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting system-level hazard analysis and risk assessments to identify and mitigate safety risks across capital equipment.

What you'll do

• Participating in product design reviews and influencing engineering teams to incorporate safety requirements early in the development life cycle
• Evaluating electrical, mechanical, chemical, ergonomic, maintenance, and service-related risks before product release
• Applying and interpreting industry standards including CE requirements, NFPA standards, and global safety regulations
• Collaborating with mechanical, electrical, product, manufacturing, field engineering, and global stakeholder teams to resolve safety issues and improve designs
• Supporting third-party certification activities and addressing findings from certification bodies

What you need

• 8–14 yrs of experience
• System design
• B.Tech or B.E.
