About the role

As a Technical Lead – React Native, you will play a key role in shaping the next version of a live consumer mobile application, ensuring it continues to evolve as usage grows. This is a senior technical leadership position requiring deep software engineering expertise, sound technical judgement and a hands-on approach to product development.

What you'll do

Shape the next version of a live consumer mobile application and guide technical decisions as usage grows
Assess the existing application to determine which components should be retained or replaced
Plan and sequence significant architectural changes while preserving continuity for existing users
Lead technical decisions relating to monitoring, application performance, release safety and incident response
Translate product priorities into structured technical delivery plans
