About the role

Configure and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management module, including succession data model, talent pools, nomination and succession planning, position and talent tile views, and succession org charts. Analyse business requirements together with HR stakeholders and functional consultants, and translate them into scalable, maintainable succession and talent review configurations.

What you'll do

• Configure and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management module, including succession data model, talent pools, nomination and succession planning
• Analyse business requirements together with HR stakeholders and functional consultants, and translate them into scalable
• Implement succession and talent review processes end-to-end, including talent review meetings, matrix grid ratings, calibration sessions
• Configure and troubleshoot Business Rules, workflows, and role-based permissions (RBP) governing succession planning and talent pool access
• Support integration touchpoints between Succession Management and other SuccessFactors modules (e.g. Performance & Goals, Career Development Planning, Learning
