Technical Leader – Mechanical Design

About the role

As a Technical Leader within Combustion Module team, you will be responsible for leading multiple combustion NPI and Fleet projects with complete ownership. Your scope will span a diverse array of projects, including NTI/ NPIs, repair developments, MYA, P2V initiatives, RCAs and CAPAs, and broader Services and Supply Chain support.

• Lead day-to-day execution of combustion mechanical design activities, providing technical oversight and team guidance to ensure deliverables are completed on time
• Provide technical oversight and mentorship to the team, ensuring design compliance throughout the entire lifecycle, including design release, procurement/fabrication
• Partner Aero Operability, Aero Thermal design, accessories, controls and system teams to drive system-level optimization, align stakeholders
• Develop and execute the combustion mechanical design technology roadmap and related process improvements. Evaluate technical options, recommend the best path forward
