About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager specializing in Embedded Systems to lead the team in the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge embedded solutions . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embedded software and hardware development, along with proven leadership abilities to guide and mentor a team of engineers .

What you'll do

Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment , encouraging creativity, problem-solving, and continuous learning
Set clear goals and expectations for team members, monitor progress , and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations
Coordinate with cross-functional teams , including software, hardware, and QA teams, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of embedded solutions
Monitor project timelines and budgets , identifying and addressing any issues or deviations to keep projects on track
Collaborate with engineering teams to define system requirements, specifications, and interfaces , ensuring alignment with product goals and customer needs
