Technical Manager

About the role

As a Technical Manager at JLL, you'll be at the forefront of operational excellence, ensuring that critical building systems perform reliably, safely, and efficiently across assigned facilities. This role combines deep engineering expertise with strategic asset management, overseeing everything from HVAC and electrical distribution to life safety systems and building automation platforms.

What you'll do

• Be at the forefront of operational excellence, ensuring that critical building systems perform reliably, safely, and efficiently across assigned facilities
• Lead technical service delivery, manage contractor relationships, and drive compliance with regulatory standards while optimizing energy performance and sustainability…
• Balance hands-on problem-solving with long-term capital planning, lead emergency response efforts, and serve as the technical authority for building systems
• Oversee operation and maintenance of all critical building systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection, life safety
• Develop and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance programs while managing corrective maintenance activities, troubleshooting system failures

What you need
