About the role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting site inspections, preparing valuation and technical reports, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring due diligence in property-related approvals and funding. Conduct physical inspections of properties and project sites. Prepare detailed valuation reports in accordance with industry standards.

What you'll do

• Prepare detailed valuation reports in accordance with industry standards
• Assess project feasibility and monitor construction progress at various stages
• Monitor the stage-wise progress of approved/funded projects
• Ensure compliance with technical and financial benchmarks
• Maintain accurate records of builder status and project data across zones
