What you'll do

• Responsibilities will include working with a team of engineers and modelers to deliver modeling and drafting/detailing work
• The work shall be shared by the project managers and engineers for projects based in Unites States and/or India
• Develop and manage 3D structural BIM models in Autodesk Revit as per the required Level of Development (LOD), ensuring complete model ownership
• Create accurate and high-quality 3D models from existing 2D drawings, including hand-marked drawings and scanned PDFs
• Produce detailed construction drawings (plans, sections, and details) aligned with healthcare project requirements, incorporating client markups and redlines effectively

What you need

• 4–8 yrs of experience
• AutoCAD
• Revit
• Diploma or B.Tech or B.E.
