About the role

As a Senior Technical Program Manager in Commercial Solutions at Mastercard, you’ll partner with engineers to build world-class microservices and web applications. You will work in our Mastercard technology location in Pune, India, which provides a state-of-the-art environment for technology teams to thrive in our collaborative, Agile engineering culture.

What you'll do

• Be a Release Train Engineer for a SAFe Agile Train
• Plan, execute, and deliver projects from inception to completion related to a known technology, product, or program
• Proactively manage the end-to-end delivery of engineering work through the organization and all dependent organizations, reporting out progress
• Build and maintain integrated project schedules that account for internal/external dependencies, differing delivery approaches, numerous constraints
• Learn how to negotiate features and associated priority and help the team and their customers reach consensus
