Technical Program Manager

About the role

Reporting to a senior program manager, this position is responsible for supporting assigned programs from initiation through delivery while managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, technical performance, resources, and customer relationships. The role will coordinate with engineering, operations, contracts, finance, suppliers, business partners, and company leadership across India and internationally.

What you'll do

• Support all phases of assigned programs, including initiation, acquisition support, planning, execution, integration, testing, delivery, and closeout
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, performance metrics, and delivery methods
• Manage program scope, cost, schedule, quality, technical performance, and customer commitments
• Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to establish design concepts, technical criteria, development activities, testing plans, and integration objectives
• Serve as the primary point of contact for program-related issues and coordinate the resolution of technical, schedule, cost, quality, and resource concerns
