Technical Program Manager - Voice AI - Automotive (India)

About the role

With a global reach spanning two dozen languages, we build Voice AI products with conversational intelligence for cars, restaurant ordering, and more, allowing our customers to extend their brand in new and meaningful ways.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot: gather data, replicate/resolve/escalate issues, test solutions for timely success
• File detailed tickets, escalate issues to engineering, and contribute to the refinement of our products
• Design and implement long-term and short-term solutions to meet business goals
• Coordinate effectively with the engineering teams building advanced voice assistants
• Build and maintain project plans, aligning partner milestones with internal product timelines
