Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to own a program of concurrent customer engineering projects — typically 3-7 projects across test & measurement, embedded, software and AI engagements for global customers. You will be the single point of accountability for program health: delivery against commitments, margin, leading teams, risk, and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end delivery of a program of 3–7 concurrent projects (fixed-bid and T&M), from kickoff to closure
• Set up a governance cadence: weekly program reviews, RAG status, milestone and burn tracking, and monthly reviews with leadership
• Track program-level metrics — schedule and effort variance, gross margin, utilization, quality, and customer satisfaction — and act on trends
• Planning, people and risk
• Build integrated plans across projects, including cross-project dependencies, shared components and shared lab/hardware resources

What you need

• 7–12 yrs of experience
• Agile
• C#
• .NET
• FPGA
• JIRA
• MS Project
• B.Tech or B.E. or M.Tech

Good to have

• LLMs
• Machine learning
• Instrumentation
• Python
• Azure
• CI/CD
