About the role
The Technical Recruiter is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities to attract, assess, and hire high-quality technical talent aligned with Artic Consulting's business and client delivery needs.
What you'll do
- Screening & Candidate Assessment – Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate technical and cultural fit
- Stakeholder / Hiring Manager Management – Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and timelines
- Offer Management & Closure – Support offer discussions, negotiations, and joining follow-ups
- Experience using ATS / recruitment tracking tools
- Strong verbal and written communication
