About the role

Applied AI Specialist– Aftermarket AI & Digital Solutions to lead the development of AI-enabled digital solutions that enhance Carrier's aftermarket service business. This role focuses on applying AI, analytics, and connected technologies to improve service operations, predictive maintenance, field service efficiency, customer experience, warranty analytics, and aftermarket growth.

What you'll do

• Building No: 12C, Floor 9,10,11, Building No: 12B -Stilt floor, Raheja Mindspace, Cyberabad, Madhapur, Hyderabad - 500081, Telangana, India
• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML, Generative AI, and intelligent automation solutions for engineering and business applications
• Build enterprise AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic AI frameworks
• Develop AI-powered assistants, copilots, and workflow automation solutions
• Evaluate and optimize AI models for accuracy, scalability, and production readiness

What you need
