About the role

SAP PP/QM SME (Production Planning & Quality Management). SAP PP/QM SME is responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing manufacturing and quality processes within SAP (ECC/S/4HANA). The role ensures stable production operations, efficient planning, and strict quality control through strong AMS delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll do

• AMS Support & Service Delivery
• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP PP and QM modules
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within SLA
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive permanent fixes
• Follow ITIL-based AMS processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
