About the role
We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to assist schools using FeeFlow – our School Management Software . The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and problem-solving ability to provide seamless support to clients.
What you'll do
- Provide technical support and training to school staff using FeeFlow software
- Troubleshoot user queries, software issues, and technical difficulties via calls, emails, and remote support
- Assist in software setup, user onboarding, and configuration
- Work closely with the development team to report bugs and suggest improvements
- Document FAQs, solutions, and support queries for future reference
What you need
- 0–2 yrs of experience
- B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
Good to have
- Troubleshooting
- SQL
- ERP
