About the role

Provide technical support for network connectivity and infrastructure-related issues. Troubleshoot network problems involving IP addressing, DHCP, routers, and switches. Diagnose and resolve issues across OSI Layers 1, 2, and 3. Perform basic network troubleshooting to identify and resolve connectivity issues.
