What you'll do

• Provide L2/L3 support for SharePoint and Azure-based applications; manage incidents, requests, defects, access issues, escalations, SLA/OLA commitments, workarounds
• Administer and troubleshoot SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, pages, web parts, permissions/sharing, content types, metadata, views, navigation
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain SharePoint solutions using SPFx, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, HTML/CSS, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph
• Build/support workflows and forms using Power Automate and Power Apps; integrate SharePoint/Microsoft 365 with Azure and external business systems
• Develop/configure/support Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Service, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, and other application services required by the solution
