As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to clients, addressing their inquiries and troubleshooting issues through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. An effective communicator with a patient demeanor, you will ensure that customer satisfaction remains at the forefront of your efforts.
