Technical Team Leader – Electrical Commissioning (CxA)-Datacenter

About the role

We are seeking an Electrical Commissioning Technical Team Leader to spearhead the commissioning delivery team for hyperscale and colocation AI data-centre projects. This role will provide strategic technical leadership, people management and client-facing governance across the complete commissioning lifecycle from L0–L6, with particular emphasis on L3 Energization, L4 Functional Performance Testing (FPT) and L5 Integrated Systems Testing (IST).

What you'll do

• Spearhead and mentor a team of 15–20+ commissioning leads and engineers, fostering technical excellence and professional development
• Establish and own the electrical commissioning strategy, planning, execution and technical governance framework
• Champion L3/L4/L5 commissioning delivery, including energization, FPT, IST and failure-mode testing protocols
• Provide comprehensive technical oversight across HV/MV/LV systems, substations, transformers, switchgear, generators, UPS, batteries, ATS/STS, busway
• Review and validate SLDs, protection schemes, coordination studies, load-flow/short-circuit/arc-flash studies
