Technical Trainer – Electric Vehicles (EV)

About the role

Design and deliver technical training programs focused on EV systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures to dealership staff and internal teams. Conduct hands-on training and assessments at training centres and dealership locations. Support dealers with on-ground technical issue resolution and act as the first point of escalation for field technical concerns.

• Prepare training content, service bulletins, diagnostic trees, and troubleshooting guides aligned with the latest EV technology
• Collaborate with Service, Engineering, and Quality teams for product feedback and service improvement initiatives
• Track and monitor dealer technician competency and suggest development plans accordingly

What you need

• Any graduate
