About the role

The Technical Trainer role is critical to delivering industry-aligned, outcome-driven training programs through the iamneo learning platform. The trainer will be responsible for ensuring high-quality technical instruction, adherence to delivery standards, and measurable learner outcomes.

What you'll do

• Conduct classroom, virtual, and blended training sessions as required
• Perform training audits, assessments, and compliance activities
• Track learner progress and support skill development
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth training execution
• Continuously update technical knowledge and training methodologies
