Technical Training and Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a results-driven Training and Development Specialist who will create and manage training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of our employees You will also be responsible for selecting and training instructors to conduct specific programs.

What you'll do

• Develop and customize training content based on company-specific needs and industry trends
• Provide expert guidance on completing technical projects and take-home assignments, with a focus on technologies in demand
• Prepare and recommend targeted preparation materials, ensuring alignment with the types of questions and scenarios commonly encountered in interviews
• Stay updated with industry standards and emerging trends to continually enhance the training program's effectiveness
• Need to train the users according to the company requirements to get them placed

What you need
