Technical writer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Technical Writer with 6-8 years of experience in creating high-quality user assistance for enterprise-class software products. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, editing, and maintaining customer-facing documentation while collaborating closely with engineering, product management, support teams, and subject matter experts (SMEs).

What you'll do

• Content Development and Delivery
• Create, develop, and maintain user assistance content including online help, user guides, release notes, administrator guides, etc
• Write technical materials, feature documentation, process guides, instructional content, and other customer-facing documentation
• Gather, analyze, and transform complex technical information into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand content for diverse audiences
• Ensure content adheres to organizational standards for structure, clarity, quality, terminology, style, grammar, punctuation, accessibility, and localization readiness
