Technical Writer

About the role

Technical Writer (5-8 Years) | Offshore (India) We are looking for a Technical Writer with experience in enterprise application documentation, solution design, and business process documentation. The ideal candidate should be able to work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams to create, validate, and maintain technical, functional, and operational documentation.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain HLDs, LLDs, solution design documents, API documentation, process flows, SOPs, user guides, and knowledge base articles
• Support BA and QA teams in preparing functional documentation, test cases, UAT documents, and traceability matrices
• Collaborate with architects and development teams to capture and validate technical designs
• Ensure documentation remains aligned with implemented solutions through design reviews and code walkthroughs
• Maintain end-to-end traceability between requirements, design documents, test cases, and implementation
