Technician – Upper Stage & Booster Stage Launch Vehicle Integration

About the role

The Launch Vehicle Integration Technician is responsible for the assembly, integration, testing, inspection, and handling of launch vehicle structures, booster stages, upper stages, propulsion systems, avionics subsystems, and associated ground support equipment. The technician shall execute integration activities as per engineering drawings, work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures to ensure successful vehicle build and launch readiness.

What you'll do

• Perform assembly and integration of booster stage and upper stage structures
• Install interface hardware, brackets, fittings, fasteners, clamps, and structural components
• Perform precision alignment, shimming, fitment, and dimensional verification
• Execute torque tightening and preload activities as per specifications
• Carry out lifting, rigging, handling, and positioning of large aerospace structures
