What you'll do

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements and processes
  • Conduct detailed gap analysis and feasibility studies to support solution design
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for IT and development teams
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to elicit requirements and communicate project progress
  • Work closely with project managers, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives
