About the role

The purpose of this role is to bridge client's functional and technical requirements at the module level by assisting in outlining technical specifications, performing basic configuration, and troubleshooting initial system issues.

What you'll do

  • Design, Build and rollout Windows 11 SOE on par with industry standards for all the versions in the environment
  • Understands well both local and group policy
  • Review test custom scripts as per the requirements
  • Responsible for image “Online” and “Offline service”
  • Should be able to detect issues with the image proactively
