Job Description – Municipal Finance and Revenue Expert We are looking for a Municipal Finance and Revenue Expert to assess and strengthen ULB finances, support revenue enhancement and financial restructuring, and improve fiscal governance and borrowing readiness across Uttarakhand. Capability to assess ULB revenue, expenditure, liabilities, contingent liabilities and debt-servicing capacity and prepare financial-sustainability assessments.
