Technology Consultant - Salesforce Manual QA Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Manual QA Engineer with strong expertise in functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and end-to-end business process validation across Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in validating Salesforce business processes, preparing comprehensive test scenarios, executing test cases, and ensuring high-quality application releases.

What you'll do

• Analyze business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs to identify test scenarios and test coverage
• Prepare and maintain detailed test plans, test scenarios, test cases, test data, and test execution reports
• Perform functional testing of Salesforce applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce solutions
• Validate Salesforce functionality including standard and custom objects, fields, relationships, Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components, Flows, validation rules
• Execute functional, regression, smoke, integration, system, and end-to-end testing activities
