Technology Consultant - Salesforce Technical Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce Platform Development, Solution Design, Technical Leadership, OmniStudio, Integrations, and Salesforce Architecture . The ideal candidate should be capable of leading Salesforce development teams, driving technical decisions, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring successful delivery across the complete development lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, OmniStudio, and Salesforce configuration
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical designs and implementation approaches
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to Salesforce development teams
• Review technical designs, code, configurations, and integrations to ensure quality, scalability, security, and maintainability
• Define and enforce Salesforce development standards, coding guidelines, reusable frameworks, and engineering best practices
