Technology - Manager-Customer Service Strategy & Planning-Planner

About the role

Independently engage with business solution teams to understand their requirements for new platform services. Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security in accordance with EXL guidelines. Coordinate with other technology teams to integrate new technologies and services, and lead regular performance tuning and troubleshooting sessions.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with other technology teams to integrate new technologies and services, and lead regular performance tuning and troubleshooting sessions
• Oversee cloud and VMware infrastructure deployment and optimization on platforms such as AWS, VMware, and Hyper-V, ensuring cost-effectiveness and security compliance
• Lead the implementation of high-availability services to minimize downtime during critical scenarios
• Providing 24x7 Including Weekend Support if necessary
