What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Systems Engineers
• Plan and allocate engineering resources across multiple projects
• Drive systems engineering activities from requirements development through verification support
• Ensure high-quality requirements development, review, and end-to-end traceability
• Collaborate with software, hardware, mechanical, test, quality, product management, and program management teams
