What you'll do

• Domain Champion & Front Door for Technology
• Act as the single accountable point of contact for all technology applications, platforms and tools within Customer Centricity
• Build deep domain and technical knowledge of the applications, integrations and data flows supporting the function
• Own and maintain the application landscape map, roadmap and lifecycle plan for the domain
• Serve as the trusted technology advisor to the function head and business stakeholders in the domain
