About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead Resource Supply Chain, Workforce Planning, and Talent Deployment across a strategic portfolio of managed services engagements. This leadership role will be responsible for driving workforce optimization, demand fulfillment, resource deployment, utilization management, hiring strategy, and capability development to support business growth and delivery excellence.

What you'll do

Workforce Planning & Demand Management
Develop and execute short-term and long-term workforce plans aligned with business growth objectives
Partner with delivery and competency leaders to forecast resource demand, skill requirements, and capacity needs
Drive proactive talent planning to ensure the right skills are available at the right time
Monitor workforce trends and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
