About the role

We are looking for an SAP OPENTEXT VIM Senior Consultant to join the EY GDS Team. As part of our EY GDS – TechOps team, you will be responsible for providing functional support for SAP Vendor Invoice Management (OpenText VIM) across various regions for our global clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address issues, implement enhancements, and optimize invoice management processes to meet business requirements.

What you'll do

• Responsible for providing support for SAP OPENTEXT VIM incidents and service requests, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
• Support incident resolution by analysing issues raised by users and providing effective solutions
• Work closely with customers and support teams to ensure issues and requests are followed up and addressed in a timely manner
• Handle change requests with a clear understanding of business requirements and invoice processing workflows
• Understand business needs and deliver solutions that improve invoice automation, approval workflows, and operational efficiency
