You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, and providing timely and accurate information. Your friendly and professional approach will leave a positive impression and build strong relationships. Answer incoming calls and provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers.

What you'll do

• Be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, and providing timely and accurate information
• Handle customer inquiries, listen to their concerns, and offer effective solutions
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude throughout interactions
• Follow up on customer inquiries and provide regular updates on the status of their requests

What you need

• 1–2 yrs of experience
• CRM
• Problem solving
• Any graduate
