About the role

The job is to reach out to various customers over phone, explain them our project details and Understand the Customer requirements.

What you'll do

  • Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned
  • Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right project to the Customers
  • Explaining the project details
  • Understand the Customer requirements. And encourage them for site visit
  • Passing on the site visit lead to the sales team
