About the role

As we expand in South India—one of the world’s fastest‑growing bus markets—we’re hiring motivated Customer Support Agent on a fixed‑term (12‑month renewable) contract. 12‑month renewable contract, target‑driven role Make outbound calls to recent passengers to request and encourage feedback ratings. Handle customer calls related to service queries, technical issues, and simple upsell opportunities.
