About the role

We are looking for a Senior Designer Smart (3D) with 15 to 20 years of experience and expertise in BIM & Revit to support telecommunications infrastructure projects. This role involves designing and modeling telecom and security infrastructure using Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools like Smart 3D and Revit.

What you'll do

Develop detailed smart 3D models for telecommunications and Security systems including but not limited to telecom and security infrastructure (OSP and ISP)
Convert rough sketches and specifications into detailed models
Review and update models to reflect design changes
Advanced proficiency in BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, and other related tools for creating complex 3D models
Generate as-built models, construction drawings, and technical documentation in smart 3D and BIM Revit
