Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents regarding courses, programs, and educational services. Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate information about courses, fees, eligibility, batches, and admission procedures. Understand students’ requirements and guide them toward suitable courses or programs.

What you'll do

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents regarding courses, programs, and educational services
  • Generate and maintain leads through telephonic communication and follow-up activities
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and admission status in CRM or Excel
