What you'll do
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Temenos Infinity / Digital Banking implementations
- Facilitate requirement elicitation workshops with business stakeholders to define digital origination, onboarding, and servicing journeys
- Document current and future-state business processes, workflows, and use cases for CSR journeys and Digital Banking Servicing Micro Apps
- Collaborate with technical consultants to configure and validate Visualizer-based journeys aligned to business requirements
- Define and review BPMN and DMN process flows and task workflows supporting business operations
What you need
