Tender & Proposal Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a structured and detail-focused Tender and Proposal Coordinator to join our Commercial Hub. In this role, you will help deliver high-quality, compliant tenders and proposals for customers across Asia and the Middle East, applying standard methods, tools, and controls at every stage of the bid.

What you'll do

• Help deliver high-quality, compliant tenders and proposals for customers across Asia and the Middle East, applying standard methods, tools
• Coordinate inputs from technical and commercial teams, prepare proposal content, and keep bid data accurate
• Also play an active role in improving our processes and helping the business win more work
• Support the preparation of RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and ITTs in line with defined bid plans, timelines, and governance frameworks
• Coordinate technical, commercial, and administrative inputs from internal teams to keep each bid on schedule

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience

• BBA or B.Tech or B.E. or B.Com
