Tender Executive

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Tender Executive to manage tendering processes, prepare bid documentation, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills with experience in handling tenders, contracts, and procurement-related activities.

What you'll do

• Evaluate bids and contracts based on pricing, quality, and technical specifications
• Monitor tender submissions and ensure all documents are completed accurately within deadlines
• Prepare detailed reports, cost analyses, and tender-related documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for tender preparation and submission processes
• Negotiate contracts and communicate with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
