Territory Manager - Business Loan (Direct)

About the role

The Sales Manager – Business Loan(Direct) in the Retail Banking function is responsible for acquiring Business Loan customers for a designated branch through direct channels. The role involves explaining and selling banking products, acting as a bridge between customers and the bank, and ensuring best-in-class service delivery.

What you'll do

• Acquire Business Loan customers within the identified segment and geography
• Meet and exceed monthly targets for new customer acquisition
• Provide regular feedback to Relationship Managers (RMs) on customer opportunities and requirements
• Ensure adherence to selling norms and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) defined by the organization
• Maintain strict compliance with internal policies and external regulatory guidelines
