Recruitment and training of DSTs and onboarding dealerships or stores
Source and manage business through DSTs and Dealerships
Acquire new customers and ensure consistent loan disbursement volumes
Maintain a high-quality loan portfolio by minimizing delinquencies and rejections
Stay updated on retail asset products, operations, and current market trends
