About the role

To act as a business partner with assigned intermediaries in order to profitably grow the business and meet sales and growth targets.

What you'll do

• Plan and implement a strategy to penetrate markets though brokers/ intermediaries
• Attract and retain high value customers and to eliminate poor performing portfolios
• Foster and grow the channel for sourcing business
• Implement strategies to strengthen relations and enhance productivity
• Policy, Process and Procedures
