Territory Manager-Cross Sell (Personal Loan)

About the role

The Territory Manager – Sales (Retail Banking) is responsible for sourcing loans from the market through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), Direct Sales Teams (DSTs), and existing channel partners. Based in Mumbai, this role focuses on building a high-quality loan portfolio, managing a team, and fostering strong relationships across stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Fulfill and convert the leads sourced through call centres
• Acquire new business from the market while maintaining portfolio quality by minimizing delinquencies and rejections
• Maintain deep knowledge of retail asset products, operational processes, and current market trends
• Identify changing market dynamics and develop new channels to expand business reach
• Deliver high-quality customer service through effective channel engagement and support
